Access is an outpatient behavioral health clinic. We serve people of all communities and currently offer two locations in Boise and in Nampa. Our desire is to help improve the quality of daily life for our clients.

Biographical Info

Meet Alyssa Price, Licensed Professional Counselor, dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey towards mental wellness. With a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Masters in Mental Health Counseling, Alyssa brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her practice.

Specializing in anxiety, psychosis, trauma, grief, and ethics, Alyssa’s approach combines Person Centered Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She believes in the profound connection between our thoughts, behaviors, and emotions. Through identifying and challenging automatic thoughts stemming from past traumas, Alyssa helps clients develop healthier coping mechanisms and cultivate positive relationships.

Alyssa provides a safe space for clients aged 13-35, offering support to both males and females in managing anxiety, psychosis, and depression. She is passionate about helping individuals find meaning in their lives and navigate through challenging times.

Outside of her counseling practice, Alyssa enjoys immersing herself in music, finding solace in its ability to reduce stress and sadness. Having experienced grief firsthand, she empathizes deeply with those navigating loss and offers compassionate support.

Since 2021, Alyssa has been a valued member of the Access Counseling team, committed to providing accessible mental health services to her community.

In her downtime, you’ll find Alyssa attending concerts, camping in the great outdoors, singing her heart out, hiking scenic trails, and cherishing moments with her husband and beloved cat, Gizmo.
